Incredible dinner at the Gather. Make sure and book a reservation. We had the Elk bolognese and truffle pasta. Both were excellent. Service was courteous and prompt.

This is our new #1 in Jackson. We've been coming for a few years and Gather keeps getting better and better. The menu is creative and full of flavor. The portions are big and the value is well calibrated for the Jackson market. Whether you are ordering a starter, main, or a dessert you can almost guarantee it will be one of the best dishes you've ever eaten. If Michelin had a guide for WY Gather would certainly have a star.

Overall pretty good. Tables were a little close together and not so private but it was a crowded night. The pumpkin cheesecake wasn't ideal? Maybe if we were warned it had nuts and a coffee syrup on it, that would've helped. We are not coffee folks or nut folks. One of the better places in Jackson!

We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary in Jackson and Gather was one of the places on our list to eat at. This was a great idea and I'd come back to this restaurant a lot if I lived in Jackson. Walking in, I think a manager was at the host stand and he seated us right away (we had a reservation), while making sure to greet us with a kind "Happy Anniversary!" We were seated at a two top between two large banquettes that seemed like they could fit 6 people. I loved the cozy nature of it and my husband and I spoke about how smart the use of space was. The decoration on the wall was more art that you could purchase, which I think is really fun and gives a community vibe. Our server was lovely, making sure to check on us regularly. She also gave us good recommendations. The food here is outstanding. Like stellar! We got the wagyu tartare (which I agree with others, needed more bread to start, 3 pieces is not enough but a lot of places do this) and it was excellent. That beet mustard? Get out of here!!! The brussels sprouts were so freaking good and the portion was very large. That could have fed 6 people. LOL! We also shared the house salad and the bison brisket. Both very good. We ordered quite a few cocktails as well. They were ok.

On my second visit to Gather, got the brussel sprouts again - excellent. This time tried the fried chicken (served with an upscale mac and cheese). Excellent! My partner had the trout, which was also good.

Overall Outstanding food. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Didn't feel underdressed and was casual for the most part. We had the following: Starters (Smalls) -- Wagyu Tartare: very good, nice accompaniments, however they only sever 3 Celestini which, in my opinion didn't balance the volume of the tartare so we ate 1/2 and boxed the rest for home. Absolutely recommend this starter Brussels: delicious and I don't like Brussel sprouts Large plates ( Mains) --- Ssamjang: Steak was excellent highly recommend. Typically this is served with sweet potato mash, but I requested the creamy couscous from another dish and the chef was accommodating. If you ask me that made this even better. I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes Bison Brisket : if your not a fan of pot roast favors I don't recommend other than that was ok Cocktails -- Espresso Martini: good but pricey for what it is Wyoming Old Fashion: Well done. Asked for Makers Mark instead of Wyoming Whiskey which is their base for this drink. Not a fan of Wyoming Whiskey. It's over rated only because it's a Wyoming distilled whisky. local Wyoming Resident's won't touch the stuff, myself included. Desserts -- Jackson Donut Holes: if you're not a fan of Donuts pass on this one. Flourless Chocolate Cake: Devine. I would order this over and over. With tip our tab was 279.14

This restaurant was delicious! Right near downtown Jackson and has a fantastic ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good as well. We ordered the ramen and the pasta and both were delicious. We also had a side of the fired chicken that was great but didn't go as well with the ramen as I had hope but still very good. It's on the pricey side but the ingredients tasted fresh and tasty!

I loved my time at Gather! The food tasted fresh and the drink selection was great. I recommend coming for the happy hour, where you can get the amazing brussels sprouts for $3 off. They were perfectly crispy and flavorful. I'd also recommend the pork ribeye. The pork had an amazing smoky flavor, and was incredibly tender. It was served over a bed of pearl couscous which was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the hoisin sauce. Our server was hilarious and attentive all evening. Definitely check this spot out.

This is one of my favorite restaurants I've had this year! The quality of the food was amazing and a lot is locally sourced. My favorites were the brussels sprouts, pork ribeye, and fried chicken. The pork was so incredibly tender and had a perfect grilled flavor. I expected it to be a drier/leaner cut like some pork loins I've had at other restaurants, but this blew my expectations out of the water. Our server was amazing, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. The restaurant had nice lighting and felt cozy, which was a great touch for a night out with the boys. This is a must try in Jackson Hole!

GATHER! Yes please! Off season in Jackson hole. We got "bumped" off of a wait list from another restaurant (italian) down the street. As the hostess was allowing other walk ups who showed up after us. GOOD for us!! We did not have reservations at Gather but got on another wait list (30 mins) was actually 20 mins...nice! Hostesses were both very nice and helpful. The inside of Gather was very loud (only nitpick from me). The interior was very open and bar/dining share the area we were seated in. Our server (GRACE) was amazing. We had a table of 3 seated next to us who were awful loud and Grace kept apologizing for that (albeit she had no control of the issue). My wife ordered the Peach and Burrata salad with grilled salmon...She LOVED it. It was also a very nice portion. And, beautifully presented. Arugula, grilled peaches, burrata, black figs, walnuts and peach & tarragon vinaigrette. I went with the Pork ribeye....WOW, WOW! Huge grilled pork rib eye with jalapeno/cilantro marinade, creamy couscous, spring onion, miso butter, roasted corn salsa, hoisin pork glaze and pickled blueberries. OUTSTANDING!! Nice crust on the pork and the accompanying flavors balanced the entire dish out. ***over a week later and my mouth is still watering over this dish! Prices very reasonable. This is a MUST have. Thank you Grace and Gather for a wonderful meal.
